Follow these steps to easily refill your prescription:

1. Download the App.
2. Enter the Prescription (Rx) number and date of birth or scan the barcode on the medication bottle.
3. Enter (848) 346-3559 under the pharmacy phone number and select Community Pharmacy and Mobility. 
4. Select Pickup and send your refill request directly to the pharmacy.
